Sable brings a medium brown tone to Somerset’s Classic Collection. It has a warmer, grounded look that works well in homes that want more depth than a natural oak but do not want to go as dark as espresso or near-black finishes. Somerset lists Sable as an oak floor with a medium brown color, available in both solid and engineered options.

Like the rest of the Classic Collection, Sable has a lightly textured surface and low gloss finish. That combination helps soften reflections and gives the floor a more natural, lived-in appearance for everyday spaces. The collection is made from Appalachian oak and is offered in multiple widths depending on construction.
