Owner / Contractor
Eliko established the company in 2011, leveraging years of prior business experience. His hallmark is a blend of patience, meticulousness, and a deep understanding of both project intricacies and customer preferences. No project is considered insignificant under his guidance.
With a strong sense of personal accountability for outcomes and customer contentment, Eliko is a constant presence at project sites, overseeing every detail. His commitment, expertise, and relentless effort have nurtured enduring customer relationships and fostered steady business growth. Most notably, satisfied customers refer their families and neighbors. Eliko holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and maintains a California contractor's license.
Emil Kapanadze
Sales Manager
Emil's enthusiasm for the flooring industry spans more than a decade. Collaborating closely with Eliko, he has gained valuable hands-on insights into the industry's standards and practices.
In his role, Emil expertly handles the procurement of essential materials and flooring solutions necessary for our clients' projects.
As our dedicated sales manager, he goes the extra mile to ensure that clients receive the finest materials promptly, tailored to their project's needs.
Emil's interests extend beyond flooring, encompassing various facets from house construction to the financial intricacies of the business. Currently pursuing a degree in construction management, he is driven to deepen his expertise and contribute comprehensively to our endeavors.
